Technical Support Specialist - On-Site

Mobile, AL | Temp-to-Perm | $17–$20/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear instructions and resolutions to customer inquiries

• Manage and resolve tickets in the support system

• Accurately process high volumes of data and customer orders

• Research and resolve issues using internal systems and external resources

• Track orders through fulfillment and address shipping issues

• Support customers and internal sales teams via phone and email

• Improve internal processes to boost operational efficiency

• Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping to ensure accuracy

• Investigate and help prevent return or chargeback issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in customer service, order processing, or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong data entry accuracy

• Typing speed: 45–60 WPM

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with ERP and customer support/ticketing systems

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Work Environment:

• Office/call center setting using standard business equipment

• May occasionally lift up to 45 lbs

• Frequent sitting, walking, standing, and stair use
