We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Office Assistant to support our Maintenance Department. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our residents continue to enjoy the exceptional standard of living they deserve. The right candidate will be an organized, hands on, team player with exceptional communication and time management skills. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Maintenance
• Manage work order requests, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for contracts, maintenance records, and compliance documents
• Schedule appointments, inspections, vendor visits, and contractor meetings
• Assist with purchasing, inventory tracking, and invoice processing
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service to residents
• Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed
• Support the department with additional clerical or project related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior office or administrative experience (facility management or maintenance setting a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively with both residents and staff
