Position Overview

As our Customer Success / Implementation Manager, you will be the critical link between contract signature and transformational client outcomes. You'll own the entire post-sale journey - from onboarding students, faculty, and staff to ensuring deep product adoption that drives renewals and expansion. This role requires equal parts technical aptitude, teaching ability, relationship management, and strategic thinking. You'll work directly with university administrators, faculty, corporate executives, and end users to ensure Culturefy's AI solutions deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Onboarding

• Facilitate and execute comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to each client
• Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: students, faculty, corporate teams, military personnel
• Create discipline-specific and role-specific use cases that demonstrate immediate value
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure and customize AI solutions for client needs
• Establish success metrics and KPIs with clients at launch

Account Management & Relationship Ownership

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts
• Own the complete post-sale client journey from onboarding through renewal
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) demonstrating ROI, impact, and strategic alignment
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities (additional departments, new use cases, upsells)
• Drive contract renewals and account growth
• Manage escalations and resolve client concerns with urgency

Adoption & Customer Success

• Monitor usage analytics and proactively intervene when adoption dips
• Build and nurture champion networks within client organizations
• Conduct regular check-ins, workshops, and advanced training sessions
• Identify and remove barriers to adoption (technical, cultural, training gaps)
• Create feedback loops between clients and product development team
• Document success stories and build client references for marketing

Revenue Growth & Business Development

• Achieve retention and expansion revenue targets for assigned accounts
• Identify whitespace opportunities within existing clients
• Collaborate with Account Executives on cross-sell and upsell strategies
• Generate referrals and introductions to new prospects within client networks
• Contribute to proposals and contract negotiations for account expansions
