Title: Director of Nursing
Job Duties: Under the supervision of the administrator the Director of Nursing/Director of Nursing Services directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing including but not limited to infection control pharmacy laboratory quality assurance medical records and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The director is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and addition the director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Licensed registered nurse and shall be employed 40 hours per week.
- Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.
- Current licensure in the State of California as a registered nurse.
- CPR and first aid certified. (American Heart Association preferred)
- DNS will meet all applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR NANDA PSR and recovery principles.
- Knowledgeable of all applicable regulations and standards.

About the Campus: The 40-bed Selma MHRCs innovative programs are based on Crestwoods commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery. The mission of the Healing Center is to provide an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration empowerment a healing environment peer providers family partners and a recovery-oriented milieu. The Healing Center provides the structure and support to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goal is to restore a sense of hope self-empowerment and realized recovery potential in each of our clients.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$110000 - $130000 USD
