Our part-time Fitness Coaches benefit from a flexible work schedule designed to support personal business ventures. While specific shifts may vary, availability for evenings and weekends is essential to meet our clients' needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in fitness, health, or wellness
• A fitness, health, or wellness certification
• A state license/certification

Acceptable certifications include personal training, physical therapy assisting, massage therapy, kinesiology, and yoga. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to foster relationships are essential for success.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FITNESS COACH

As a part-time Fitness Coach, your day will begin by preparing the studio and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. You will conduct personalized one-on-one and group stretch sessions, tailoring each session to meet individual flexibility needs. During breaks, you will engage with members, expand your client base, and optimize your schedule. Your role will involve helping clients achieve their wellness goals and experiencing the satisfaction of making a tangible difference in their lives!
