We are seeking 20 Warehouse Forklift/ Material Handlers to join our Global fortune 500 team! We currently have 1st shift open. Your position will focus on safe and efficient movement of products and materials. Great pay, Great benefits and fun culture. This is at the Mercedes Plant so you must be able to badge!

Responsibilities:

• Moves product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader
• Maintains the equipment in a safe and clean manner and reports service requests as needed.
• Prepare or confirm accuracy of all paperwork associated with shipping hazardous waste.
• Prepare pickup and transport of customer wastes, loading and unloading company trucks and common carriers using forklift and other required equipment on customer site.
• Prepare for shipment and load hazardous waste destined for off-site recycling / disposal facilities.
• Follows safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures.
• Will be driving a forklift
  • Loading/unloading trucks and trailers filled with Pallets, Cardboard Bales, Plastic Totes, pallets, and bales
  • Dumping carts of trash and recyclables into Roll offs, Compactors and Balers
• Driving tuggers which may entail Pulling Carts
• Baling materials, sweeping, and computer training
• Moves product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader.
• Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Records amounts of materials or items received and distributed

HOURS/PAY

• Late 2nd shift Hazwoper 6pm-3am Pay $17.00
• 1st shift - Hazwoper 6am-3pm - $16.00

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
