Alabama Professional Services is a family-owned company serving customers across Alabama for over 40 years. Were seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
What Youll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers
- Schedule service appointments
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Support office operations and other departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Customer service, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy
- Organized, dependable, and team-focused
- Ability to take initiative
