Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver critical care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, utilizing your expertise to provide exceptional patient-centered service. Responsibilities include assessing and managing emergency patients using the Nursing Process while adhering to state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. You will exercise critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs, lead care delivery, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and supervise assigned staff. Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education is essential in this role.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Active Alabama RN license (must be attached to submission)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (RQI certifications are not accepted)
• TNCC certification required (attach to submission)
• Demonstrated experience in emergency nursing with strong critical thinking and leadership abilities
