Job Summary:
McSweeney Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team in Clanton, Alabama. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles to ensure they meet high dealership standards.
This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive compensation based on experience and skill level. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as paid time off and employee discounts. Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including but not limited to washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors, vacuuming, and shampooing interiors, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled and staged for display.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detail shop and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Complete all assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
• Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working as an Automotive Detailer.
• Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques for various vehicle surfaces.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. EEOC Statement:
