Summary:

The WarehouseAssociatemonitors and organizesthe receiving,storageand distribution of all items received from suppliers or vendors. Ensuring the consistent distribution ofcontentsand supplies to the proper location in the most efficient manner to satisfy internal and external client requirements is the responsibility of the WarehouseDelivery Associate.All job dutiesare required tobecompletedin a safe manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a full-time position,40 hoursper week (7:30a.m. to4:30p.m., Monday through Friday).Occasional evenings and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.

PrimaryJob Functions:

• Ensures warehouseand its contentsaresafe, clean,orderlyand secure.

• Receive,inspect,identify,mark,andconsolidatefreight and/or supplies shippedtoand fromthe warehouse according to established procedures.

• Responsible for pickingordersfrom warehouse inventory and preparing for shipment. To include verification of quality and quantity, packaging,palletizing,and labeling.

• Verify inventory bycomparing itto physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies Provide shipping and receiving support.

• Monitors adherence to schedules andreportsproblems to management.

• Process requisitions for supplies; prepare variouschemicalsandsupplies for delivery; preparepackages for shipping according to established procedures.

• Maintains equipment and warehouse cleanliness at superior levels.

• Operate power lifts, hand trucks,cartsand other material handling equipment in performing duties.Utilizesappropriate equipmentand racking to ensuresafetransport and storage of all materials.

• Loading/unloading of all materials into the receiving department; inspects and inventories all inbound freight; ensures receiving reports accurately report material received.

• Monitors the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control fortimelydata entry.

• Communicate with varioussite, Managers, vendors,suppliersand others to provide and receiving information, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities.

• Operate a vehiclein accordance withthe companys rules and safety protocol as well as all local, municipal, state, and federal laws.

• Communicate delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to your supervisor while onroute.

• Monitors weather conditions along delivery routes and at delivery destinations.
• Safely transport and manage company cash between HQ and delivery locations
• Exchange cash at each site according to established procedures
• Follow all company policies for cash security and loss prevention

• Knowledge of proper usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g.,fork lift, pallet jack, hand cart, etc.).

• Knowledge of inventory methods and practices.

• Abilityto work independently andasateamplayerdemonstratingeffective time management in either role.

• Ability to plan, oversee, and participatein the warehouse activities and operationsof our company.

• Ability to receive, store, pick-up and distribute supplies,materialsand equipment.

• Ability tomaintainappropriate stocklevels.

• Ability toestablishand maintain effective warehouse procedures.

• Ability tooperatea computer terminal.

• Ability toestablishand maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.

• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.

• Must demonstrate an ethicalconductcompetency.

Technical Skills or knowledge:

• Modern warehousing procedures including shipping,receivingand issuing supplies and/or materials; proper and orderly storage; optimumspaceutilizationand stock inventory procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Educationand Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimumthree (3) tofive (5)yearsofresponsibleexperience withwarehouse control, includingreceiving and inventory control.

• Ability to pass a forklift training certificationwithin60 daysof hire.

Certificationsand/or Licenses:

• Validdrivers license with anacceptabledriving record
