Remote Booking & Scheduling Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Design customized travel experiences based on client preferences, including cruises, resorts, and destination itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video calls to clarify needs and deliver tailored proposals.
- Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and relevant certifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
