Project Leader Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Lead and oversee quality inspection projects
• • Train and support Shift Leaders and team members
• • Manage daily operations and shift performance
• • Inspect and verify automotive parts for quality issues
• • Communicate with customers and plant management
• • Investigate defects and help solve quality problems
• • Handle employee performance and conflict resolution
• • Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
• • Complete reports, documentation, and project tracking
• • Coordinate staffing and coverage across shifts/sites
• • Support continuous improvement initiatives
• • Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts

Project Leader Qualifications:

• • Experience in Automotive Manufacturing or related
• • Experience leading a team and training
• • reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance
• • safety boots
• • willingness to travel if needed to Chattanooga or Montgomery
• • availability to work any shift
