Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Gadsden, Alabama — earn up to ($1722 - $1812 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Support a positive team environment and culture.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama with MedSurg experience required.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

• Proven ability to achieve performance targets in a healthcare setting.

• Strong collaboration skills with a healthcare team for patient care planning.

• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in a MedSurg environment.

• Experience in monitoring and documenting patient progress effectively.
