We're Growing in Birmingham

We’re currently seeking driven Financial Advisors and aspiring agents to join our Birmingham team. As a TPG Advisor, you’ll be supported by 80+ dedicated staff members who help you build, grow, and manage your business. Our comprehensive support structure includes:

• An in-house Marketing Department
• A robust Planning Department
• Expert Recruitment Services

These resources attract experienced professionals looking to expand their practice—and they’re available to help you do the same.

Compensation $75K – $155K/yr

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing in the United States
• Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
• Sales experience (strongly preferred)
• Obtain Life & Health License, Series 7, and Series 66, within 6 months of hire

Preferred Background:

Experience as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or consultant

Your Role as an Advisor

• Help clients implement financial strategies using products such as life insurance, mutual funds, and savings plans
• Continuously identify and pursue prospective clients while building lasting relationships

• Deliver personalized financial advice aligned with each client's goals and risk tolerance
