Role Overview

The Project Manager role at Precision Homecrafters is central to our success, balancing technical execution, relationship-driven leadership, and accountability for delivering projects on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage residential remodeling projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Client Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, maintaining trust through clear, timely communication and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Trade Coordination: Direct and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring scopes are clearly defined and executed to design intent.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site.
• Schedule & Cost Tracking: Monitor schedules, budgets, and job costing weekly; oversee material orders and invoices with precision.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage change orders, maintain accurate records, and coordinate inspections in alignment with Alabama building codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience leading residential remodeling projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to build rapport with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in scheduling, job costing, and construction documentation.
• High standards for presentation, cleanliness, and quality on every site.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and make informed decisions.
