Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Location: Huntsville, AL

Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance

B.S. in Computer Science , Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or another relevant engineering field from an accredited university program plus a minimum of 5 to 14 years of progressive and relevant experience.

• Current U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the program
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all team level events ( PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review & Retro)
• Provides timely and accurate reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks to their Release Train Engineer
• Work with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams
• Guides mentoring and development of agile team members
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and any ad hoc sessions called by RTE or Agile Coach
• Responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration and dependencies and reporting them to the RTE
• Ensures teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to all designated stakeholders

Desired Skills:

• SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Jira - issue tracking and agile project management, or similar tool
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Familiar with Agile project tools Verison1/Agility or Jira
