We are seeking a Clerical Office member to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Data entry
- Billing entry and processing
- Scan and computer file documents
- Prepare and mail documents
- Perform all other office tasks
- Collection
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in office related tasks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass drug screening and background check
- Problem solving skills and bookkeeping background a plus
