Position Overview: Fleet Operations Manager – Safety and Compliance

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven professional to lead safety and compliance initiatives across our fleet operations. In this critical role, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance, enforce safety standards, and support driver operations in multiple markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce safety policies and operational procedures across zTrip markets
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, safety audits, and compliance assessments
• Maintain records for driver certifications, background checks, drug screenings, and training
• Investigate accidents and safety incidents; document findings and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure alignment and compliance
• Design and lead onboarding and continuous safety training programs for drivers
• Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, management, and regulatory agencies
