Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) opportunity is available to provide critical support to students in a K-12 school setting in Madison, Alabama. This contract position spans the next school year, requiring onsite presence and commitment to delivering quality related services to young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students, primarily preschool through 2nd grade.
• Manage both related services and case-managed students in accordance with established therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough data tracking and documentation for all therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with educators and other school professionals to support students communication development.
• Adhere to Alabama state licensure requirements and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Alabama SLP or SLPA license required.
• Experience working with preschool and early elementary-aged children preferred.
• Ability to manage a mid-sized caseload effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data collection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to a school environment.
