Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative Entry Level to Experienced | $16$24 per hour + Bonus + Commission

Location: Montgomery, AL
Compensation: $16.00$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Plus: Bonus + Commission + PTO + Health, Dental, Life + Retirement Plan

What Youll Do:

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Create personalized quotes and close new business
• Build client relationships through value-based conversations and trust
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person outreach
• Participate in community and marketing events to grow your pipeline
• Track sales activity using our State Farm CRM tools

What You Need:

• Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Full-time availability and in-office presence required (Montgomery, AL)
