Are you a lighting professional with a creative spark and technical strength? Were looking for a Lighting Specialist to join our production team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE , where you'll design, execute, and optimize lighting setups for a high energy live-studio environment.

What Youll Do

• Set up, program, and operate lighting systems for live broadcasts, studio formats, and events, including DMX-controlled fixtures and LED rigs
• Translate creative lighting designs into practical setups, working with production designers and directors
• Troubleshoot and maintain lighting equipment to guarantee reliability during live shows
• Develop cue lists, lighting plots, and signal routing to support both live and pre-recorded content
• Assist in managing lighting inventory, sourcing new fixtures, and recommending upgrades
• Help maintain safety, rigging standards, and optimal workflows across the lighting department

Who You Are

• Experienced in stage or studio lighting, including live broadcast or event environments
• Skilled in DMX, lighting consoles, and LED systems
• Technically skilled and hands-on able to configure and maintain lighting rigs with precision
• A creative collaborator who enjoys working across teams to realize a visual vision
• Organized, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, live production environment
• Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support 24/7 operations
