Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with 2–4 years of experience in supply chain management (preferred) or accounting. This position plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of key business functions. The successful candidate will manage executive-level administrative tasks while assisting with reporting, vendor coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with supply chain functions, including purchase order processing, inventory tracking, and vendor communications.
• Support accounting activities such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and basic reconciliations.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and data analysis for leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation, files, and operational records.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field; OR
o High school diploma with equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
o 2–4 years in supply chain, accounting, or a similar administrative support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
