Secret Capture Manager - Huntsville 1

Job Description Insight Global is searching for a capture manager to support a large federal integrator in Huntsville, AL. The Capture Manager will support the client's defense portfolio, specifically targeting Army ground systems work. Although the Capture Manager will not manage people necessarily, they are the true responsible manager for customer-facing capture, marketing material development, research, pursuit management, and knowledge management. Candidates must have an active DOD Secret clearance to be considered, a bachelor's degree or supplemental experience, and at least 12+ years of industry experience with 6+ of those years specific to business development. Excellent work ethic, strategic thinking, writing, and project management skills are a requirement. The candidate must have a proven winning track record, suitable references, and superior organization and follow through. $86/hr - $96/hr Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
