Pay : Up to $17 - 20 an hour depending on experience and skills

What You’ll Do:

Sure, you’ll be charting, setting up operatories, and perfecting your ‘dental chair ninja’ moves—but more importantly, we need someone who knows how to show up with heart, help wherever needed, and make patients feel like they’re in the best hands possible.

• Provide empathetic chair-side support to our Dentist and Hygienists, including charting and patient education
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain a welcoming, efficient operatory
• Take and process X-rays
• Maintain accurate records and treatment plans per Dentist’s instructions
• Keep operatories and equipment clean and sterilized
• Track and prepare lab cases in advance of daily schedules

What We’re Looking For:

You’ve got your Dental Assistant certification (or you're working on it), X-ray know-how, and maybe a coronal polish in your back pocket—but what really sets you apart? You care. About people. • Compassionate, strong attention to detail, warm demeanor, and a love for working with others
• A team player who’s ready to jump in, help, and make patients feel at ease
• Dental Assisting Certification (Alabama) from an accredited school
• High school diploma or equivalent
• X-ray Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certification preferred
