Dentist or Children's Dentist

We are a dentist recruiting firm working with 2 premier practices in the Mobile area, that are seeking a dentist. These offices are privately owned by 1 dentist. In both situations the offices are very busy and need another dentist.
One office is seeking a dentist to see mostly adult patients. At the second office they are seeking a dentist who enjoys seeing a mix of adults and kids. The kids are older kids. The younger kids or more complex cases would be referred to a pediatric dentist.
Both offices are private owned offices with excellent reputations. They each have a very good and tenured staff to help support their dentists.
They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and very competitive percentage of collections, plus benefits, CE stipend and more.
The dentist seeing mostly adults can expect to earn between 200K and 300K per year and the dentist seeing mostly kids can expect between 200K and 250K.

Duties:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics.
- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other dental software systems.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs.
Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience in pediatric dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
