CNC Machinist: Our client in Fairfield, AL is looking for a CNC Machinist, with expertise in horizontal boring mills, lathes, VTL, and CNC lathes to join their dynamic team. If you're passionate about precision machining and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate horizontal boring mills, lathes, VTL, and CNC lathes to produce high-quality components.

- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.

- Perform routine maintenance and measurements on machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.

- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Pay:

-$23-$35/hr (Depends on experience).

-Weekly pay

Shifts:

Day Shift- 6:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Night shift- 4:30pm-3:00am (Monday-Thursday)

Machinists can opt for 5 days, 8 hour shifts as well.

Requirements:

- Programming CNC Machines from Drawings and not CAD files is a PLUS.

- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on horizontal boring mills, lathes, VTL, and CNC lathes

- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

- Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes.

- Heavy crane operating experience is a PLUS.
