**Job Description**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Business Analyst works as part of a collaborative web application development team that develops, manages and supports the client s integrated suite of web applications.This is a high-profile position involving face-to-face interaction with end users, the customer, and technical staff to establish requirements;create test plans;conduct and facilitate internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);create user guides and instructions, and related business process analysis tasks.
**DUTIES AND DELIVERABLES:**
+ Develop and assist with creation and editing of technical documentation (i.e. user guides, system manuals, etc.)
+ Provide and assist with end user training.
+ Assist with related help desk issues as needed.
+ Provide analysis support for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the client s suite of web applications.
+ Collaborate with team members and end users to analyze, troubleshoot, test, and resolve identified issues and develop modifications and enhancements.
+ Develop conceptual design models and flowcharts.
+ Develop and deliver demonstrations and other presentations to end users and client.
+ Identify and present innovative ideas and opportunities for new projects, applications, solutions, modifications, and enhancements.
+ Collaborate with client and end users to identify and develop goals and requirements.
+ Other related duties as assigned.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Minimum associate s degree (bachelor s degree preferred) in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or Business Management related discipline.
**ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Must be a United States Citizen
+ Must be eligible to obtain U.S. DHS Public Trust security clearance.
+ Must be able to report to customer site in Anniston, AL in 30 minutes if required M-F between range of core hours 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
**REQUIRED CORE SKILLS:**
+ Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Must be able to research and analyze business processes and develop business logic requirements.
+ Proficient work experience with basic Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Visio or similar visual diagramming software is a plus.
+ Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of web applications and technology.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
**PREFERRED EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or Business Management related discipline.
**PREFERRED SKILLS:**
+ Professional working experience with Azure DevOps.
+ Experience with Scrum framework and practices.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $45241 - $76910

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
