As a Seasonal Loss Prevention Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of both guests and associates. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, identifying safety risks, utilizing surveillance systems, and maintaining a visible security presence. You’ll collaborate with local emergency services, manage incident reporting, and engage with guests to promote a secure atmosphere. By overseeing access control and developing response protocols, you'll contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment while upholding the high standard of guest service we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance & Security: Use advanced security cameras and technology to monitor the property, detect threats, and prevent security breaches.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Collaboration with Emergency Services: Establish communication with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance emergency response capabilities.
• Incident Reporting: Operate a digital incident reporting system to document and resolve safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious activities.
• Visible Security Presence: Maintain a visible presence across the property, providing proactive assistance and fostering a sense of safety among guests and associates.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner while maintaining vigilant security measures.
• Access Control: Utilize access control systems to safeguard restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Incident Response Protocols: Develop and communicate response protocols to empower security staff to handle critical situations swiftly and effectively.
