Restaurant and Banquet Server at a Country Club

Join our country club as a Restaurant and Banquet Server, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in the restaurant and banquet areas with professionalism and warmth

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery

- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and procedures

- Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events, including arranging tables, linens, and tableware

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after service

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate service flow and guest needs

- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Must be 21 years or older

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Previous experience in restaurant or banquet service preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations

• Must be 21 or older
• Flexible availability including days, night, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to clearly communicate Member needs to other Team Members
• A positive attitude while on the job is also essential
• Able to sit, stand, twist, bend, push, pull, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis for periods of up to 10 hours a day
• May be exposed to cleaning agents
• Able to work effectively in an environment with occasional extremes in temperature (heat, cold, humidity) for an extended period of time
