**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor access points in the retail location to verify identification and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and/or vendors.
+ Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific procedures.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as required.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities.
+ Document and communicate any access control breaches, suspicious behavior, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
+ Follow Allied Universal protocols and site-specific policies for access control and emergency response activities.
+ Assist with crowd management and provide directions as needed during peak periods and/or special events within the retail environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
