Earn uncapped commissions with realistic first-year potential of $85K–$100K+ , plus quarterly bonuses , training , and monthly mileage reimbursement . You’ll guide homeowners through outdoor improvement projects such as driveways, patios, turf, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens — helping bring dream backyards to life.

Are you a motivated go-getter who thrives on results? Butler & Associates Construction, Inc.—a family-owned and rapidly growing outdoor construction company —is looking for an Outside Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential , quarterly bonuses, and a realistic income range of $85,000–$100,000+ per year .

We provide all pre-qualified, vetted homeowner leads —so there’s no cold calling, no door knocking , just genuine opportunities to connect with homeowners who are ready to build. You’ll meet clients, evaluate sites, and develop creative proposals for projects including driveways, patios, turf, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and more . Once a project is sold, you’ll hand it off to our Operations team to make it a reality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, estimating, design, or account management (construction preferred).
