**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team in an industrial fabrication shop where you will play a crucial role in cutting metal plates and raw steel to create essential building products such as trusses, beams, skeletons, and walls. Your expertise in metal cutting and burning will be essential in adding detailed cuts to metal products. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines to cut and shape metal plates and raw steel. + Perform metal cutting using various techniques including laser cutting, burn tables, plasma operators, and air torches. + Work closely with welding blueprints and drawings to ensure precision in metal fabrication. + Assemble metal products and ensure they meet quality standards. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience working with CNC machines. + Proficiency in reading and working with blueprints and drawings. + Experience in metal cutting and machine operation. + Familiarity with CNC, blueprint reading, and machine operating. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-3 years of experience machining on lulls, mills, and lathes. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to operate specific measurement tools such as tapes, calipers, and micrometers. + Team player with the ability to assist throughout the shop. **Why Work Here?** Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team that values precision and craftsmanship.
