Experienced Fish Fillet Cutter:
- Perform precise filleting, trimming, and deboning of seafood according to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the workplace.
- Manage tools and equipment used in seafood processing.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and production targets.
- Physical stamina for standing and manual labor.
- Prior seafood processing experience is a plus.
- Location: On‑site at the Mobile, AL facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, fillet, and portion fish and seafood according to specified standards and client preferences.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines during all stages of preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in fish cutting, including high-volume filleting and trimming.
- Strong knife skills for efficiently filleting, deboning, and portioning seafood products.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Prior kitchen or culinary experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
