Bilingual Customer Service Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Bilingual Customer Service 1st Shift

• Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and company policies. Translate and explain information clearly between Spanish-speaking customers and company staff.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in company systems.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, payments, and account updates as needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and satisfaction has been achieved

Bilingual Customer Service Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
