**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the commercial real estate location.
+ Receive, document, and prioritize incoming calls for service, providing clear and accurate information to security-related teams.
+ Assist in tracking and logging security-related activities, incidents, and/or requests for service in accordance with site-specific protocols.
+ Provide customer service by communicating with tenants, visitors, and/or employees regarding security-related concerns or incidents.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
+ Support regular and random patrols by maintaining communication with patrolling personnel and relaying relevant information as needed.
+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access within the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
