Conduct comprehensive project assessments to accurately schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

Ideal Qualifications Include:

A bachelors degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision or management, with a track record of completing projects valued at over $25 million.

Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations and quality standards.

Proficiency in construction management software, complemented by strong organizational and project management skills.

The ability to maintain a strategic perspective while managing intricate project details and resolving conflicts efficiently.
