Work in close alignment with the NPI Materials team aiding through metric implementation and data analysis. Drive process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams including Operations Engineering, Supplier Management, and Hardware Development. Primary focus is to enable materials alignment for on time hardware product releases.

**Responsibilities**
Work in close alignment with the NPI Materials team aiding through metric implementation and data analysis. Drive process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams including Operations Engineering, Supplier Management, and Hardware Development. Primary focus is to enable materials alignment for on time hardware product releases.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
