McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a highly skilled CDJR Master Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Pell City, AL. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in automotive repair and maintenance, providing top-quality service to our customers while ensuring vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform thorough inspections and routine maintenance services
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors about repairs and costs
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Level 3 Automotive Technician certifications
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
