Barbers at Tactical Grooming are expected to deliver precision haircuts, disciplined fades, and professional grooming services while maintaining the highest standards of service, sanitation, and reliability. • Deliver precision haircuts and disciplined fades with technical consistency and attention to detail

• Perform straight razor services and advanced beard grooming confidently and safely

• Maintain strong technical standards in haircutting, blending, and beard services

• Provide professional consultations and recommendations to clients

• Represent an award-winning, veteran-owned grooming brand built on professionalism and discipline

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a consistent, high-quality client experience

• Maintain punctuality and reliability while respecting clients’ appointment times

• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business

• Uphold Tactical Grooming’s service standards for quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean, professional workstation and barbershop environment

• Follow all sanitation and safety requirements required by the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering

• Operate with accountability in a structured, team-oriented barbershop environment

• Tactical Grooming offers a tiered commission compensation structure designed to reward productivity, performance, and client retention.
• Barbers servicing 50+ clients per week regularly earn at the top of the compensation range .
• High-performing barbers with an established clientele have the opportunity to significantly exceed standard compensation expectations .

• Active Alabama Barber License (required)

• Strong experience performing fades, precision haircuts, and beard services

• Confidence performing straight razor services and advanced grooming techniques

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in technical execution

• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
