Job Description

The Receptionist plays an important part of daily operations and greeting our guests in a polite and well-spoken manner with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. The Ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a strong sense of urgency. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office. Other assigned duties will include administrative work, and general clerical support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• The ability and understanding of working a corporate switchboard and directing calls
• Greeting customers, drivers, and employees with a high level of professionalism
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Administrative duties and general clerical support
• A firm understanding of Microsoft 365 Office Suite
• Other duties as assigned the manager

Qualifications

• Demonstrate P&S Transportation’s Mission and Values
• High School diploma or G.E.D
• Must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work a flexible schedule
