HORECA Account Manager (Hotels)
Tagaddod is a waste management technology platform that empowers individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste management solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Account Manager to join our team. As a HORECA Account Manager at Tagaddod, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector.
Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the hotel sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Act as the primary point of contact and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and sales forecasts.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the HORECA sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
