Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As you support a caseload of 57 students across six area schools, you’ll focus on delivering impactful services across all ages. Because paperwork and IEP responsibilities may be managed separately, your time is dedicated primarily to hands-on work—building rapport with students and making visible progress in their communication skills. With access to different worksites and teams, you’ll have the chance to gain valuable experience with varied approaches and leadership styles, broadening your perspective and enhancing your resume for future career advancement.
Qualifications:
- State licensure (or eligibility) as SLP-CCC or SLPA
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability for travel and working across multiple locations
- A proactive, student-centered attitude
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students of all ages
- Collaborate with educators and support staff
- Travel between six designated schools in the Greensboro area
- Document progress and maintain effective communication with school teams
