Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit, focusing on monitoring and managing complex medical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Assess and document patient progress while promptly addressing any changes in condition
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards, and safety procedures

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Experience working in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit settings is highly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-acuity environments with compassion and professionalism
