HiFyve is hiring a Lubrication Sales Consultant!

Salary: $70,000, 10% commission, $9,600 car allowance, $1,200 cell/data allowance

Shift: Full-time, remote with travel required

Location: Remote (Candidates should live in AL or MS)

Overview

We are seeking a driven sales professional to manage an assigned territory, grow a customer base, and sell reliability-focused products and solutions. This role combines relationship management, consultative sales, and on-site customer support. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying client needs, recommending solutions, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and leads to understand product or service needs
• Recommend products and solutions that align with customer requirements
• Demonstrate products/services and assist customers in selecting the best options
• Build and sustain long-term relationships within an assigned sales territory
• Conduct on-site visits with current and prospective customers
• Manage sales volume and prospect effectively to expand the customer base
• Provide territory sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries or products in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain a professional company image and collaborate with colleagues on growth strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong report writing and data organization skills
• Skilled in delivering presentations and responding to questions from managers, clients, and customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Travel

• Frequent travel required within the assigned territory

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Field-based role with exposure to manufacturing and industrial sites
• May encounter moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, weather conditions, and vibration
• Noise levels vary from quiet to moderate, with occasional high-noise environments
• Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• PPE provided as required
