What you’ll tackle
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances across residential and commercial projects.
- Troubleshooting & Compliance: Diagnose problems, choose the best corrective action, and ensure work aligns with local codes and regulations.
- Client Experience & Collaboration: Communicate clearly, address concerns, and coordinate with other trades to keep projects moving.
- Documentation: Record materials used and work completed with accuracy and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Track industry trends and adopt new plumbing technologies that elevate results.
What sets you up for success
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
- Valid Alabama plumbing license.
- Hands-on experience as a plumber with strong system and tool knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
- Works independently and thrives in team settings.
- Physically prepared for demanding plumbing tasks.
