Information Technology Technician
Geneis is hiring IT Support / IT Asset Assistant
Pay: $21/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Supervision: Reports to IT Asset Manager
This is an mid-level IT support position. You would help keep the company’s computers, systems, and technology running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities:
Organize IT equipment (computers, printers, cables, etc.)
Track and manage company tech assets
Help employees fix:
Computer issues
Software problems
Network/internet issues
Phone/communication problems
Help maintain disaster recovery systems (backups and data protection)
Assist with databases and data management
Run reports and handle data imports/exports
Help maintain:
Company intranet
Website
E-commerce site
Help create user guides and training materials
Assist with IT strategy planning
We are looking for someone who:
Can troubleshoot problems logically
Has basic IT technical knowledge
Can work well with people (customer service skills)
Communicates clearly (both written and verbal)
Stays organized and accurate
Works well on a team
Uses good judgment
Is dependable and ethical
