  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to update patient information.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing quality patient care.
