We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Mobile, AL. This role involves supporting daily operations through a variety of physical tasks. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with daily assignments
- Complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Previous general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation
- May include indoor and outdoor work
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Physically active role requiring bending, lifting, and stand
