Experienced Administrative & Accounting Support Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Data Entry,
• Administrative duties,
• Customer Service, experience in Word and Excel
• Perform Accounts Payable data entry and assist with timely payment processing
• • Process semi-monthly check runs including printing, filing, and mailing
• • Assist with bank deposits and entry into accounting software
• Manage staff photo ID badges and secure swipe badge administration
• Assist the CFO with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting support

Experienced Administrative & Accounting Support Qualifications:

• • Experience with Peachtree or Sage50 accounting software is a plus
• • Strong administrative and organizational skills
• • Comfortable assisting with basic technology and office equipment
• • Experience with Excel and spreadsheet creation

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
