‍⚕️ Position Overview

As an LPN, you’ll help oversee clinical care during your shift—ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and efficient care while supporting the nursing team.

What You’ll Do

1. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
2. Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
3. Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
4. Perform assessments and basic nursing procedures
5. Communicate with physicians, RN supervisors, and care team
6. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
2. Experience in long-term care preferred
3. Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
4. Experience with EMR systems
5. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
